Wildlife Preservation
Without our wildlife preservation volunteers, Wildlife Aid could not continue its wildlife preservation work. If you feel strongly about the future of British wildlife, if you just love all animals or even if it's because you have some free time and want to work with a dedicated group of friendly and like-minded people, why not become a wildlife preservation volunteer at Wildlife Aid?

You don't need any special skills to help out with our wildlife preservation work - just a few hours a week on a regular basis. We have volunteers of all ages (although you must be 16 or over), levels of experience and background. You do not need to be a wildlife preservation expert - we will give you full training and support - but you do need to be someone who cares and is willing to make a commitment to coming on a regular basis.
Wildlife preservation volunteering can also be great fun and gives you a chance to meet lots of other people interested in wildlife preservation. At the moment we have over 200 wildlife preservation volunteers, why not have a look at the 'Meet Our Volunteers' page to see why they decided to help Wildlife Aid with their wildlife preservation work and what they enjoy about being here. We always need more people to help as the centre is open 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. There are lots of opportunities, so whatever your skills or interests - we need you!
If you are unable to help us at the centre with our wildlife preservation work, perhaps because you live too far away, there are many ways of helping us to raise funds. From possession of a Wildlife Aid collection box to full blown sponsored activities, we are grateful for any level of help. These funds go to help us with our wildlife preservation work - rescuing, rehabilitating and releasing or rehoming the large numbers of British wildlife which come into our wildlife hospital, and educating people about the importance of wildlife preservation.
