When little Storm arrived, she was exceptionally weak and her skin extremely red and raw. She was suffering from dermatitis that was causing her unimaginable pain.
Luckily, our vet, Raul, was here to help. Raul gently cleansed the affected area before administering cream and medication to help fight the irritation.
With treatment underway, Storm was settled somewhere warm and comfortable, where she could take some much-needed time to rest.
But Storm’s treatment was far from over. Her skin was in such poor condition that she would need multiple careful baths to help soothe it, remove the build-up and get her skin back to a healthy condition.
After some time in care, and many, many baths later, Storm began to look more like a normal fox. Not only this, but she started behaving like one, too, as she certainly wasn’t afraid to show our team her feisty side!
Thanks to the dedicated efforts of Raul and the team, she was back to herself in no time and was released shortly after.
