This is answered by our reception team from 9am to 9pm, seven days a week. An out of hours volunteer answers the calls outside of these hours.
For a small animal emergency outside of these hours, please take the patient to your local out of hours vet. They have a duty of care to help and cannot charge you.
We are a wildlife hospital, based in Leatherhead, Surrey, that deals with British wildlife, only. Please note that we are only able to attend animal rescues in Surrey and the surrounding areas, but can provide advice, for most British wild animal emergencies.

If you have brought a patient to the hospital, you can request an update on the Patient update page. We endeavour to respond to initial patient update enquiries within ten working days and appreciate your patience, as we are a very small team, and the hospital is extremely busy.
